Privacy policy

Effective from 3 October 2026

Who processes the data

Your data is processed by Petr Fedin, the owner of syntha.pro. You can reach me on Telegram at @sheqel or by phone on +7 977 578 16 85.

What data is collected

The site also keeps its own visit statistics: the pages and sections opened, clicks, downloads, progress through the form, approximate country and city, device and browser type, IP address and a random visitor identifier stored in the browser. These data are not passed to third-party analytics or advertising services, and visitors are not tracked beyond this site. The statistics show which materials are useful; only the owner has access to them.

Purpose of processing

The purposes are to reply to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to correspond about the work; and to see from the visit statistics which materials on the site are useful to visitors. The data is not used for mailings or advertising and is not passed to third parties, except the services the site relies on technically (Cloudflare for storage and protection of the form, Telegram for delivering the enquiry to the owner).

Storage and transfer of data

Your enquiry is forwarded to the site owner’s personal Telegram chat. A copy of it (the text, contact details and the name of any attached file) and the visit statistics are kept in a private database on Cloudflare infrastructure. Only the owner has access to the database, which is protected by a login and password. Data is sent over a secure connection.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the correspondence needs them; visit statistics for no longer than a year. You can ask me to delete an enquiry at any time: message me on Telegram or contact me on the number above, and the correspondence will be deleted.

Your rights

Consent

By ticking the consent box in the form, you agree to the processing of the data listed above on the terms of this policy. The form cannot be sent without consent; you can write to me directly on Telegram or WhatsApp instead.
