About Syntha

Digital products, analytics and advisory for fashion businesses: from buying and assortment calculation to working systems.

Founder — Petr Fedin

The four areas work as one loop: a task is first calculated, then tested on a real process, and only then scaled.

Summary

  1. Syntha is a studio of digital products and analytics for fashion businesses. It works with brands, retail and manufacturing and develops its own products.
  2. Four areas: product and strategy, engineering, analytics and data, and advisory on buying, assortment and capital. Every product passes six loops: from framing the task to engineering, security, testing, analytics and a pilot.
  3. The founder is Petr Fedin, who led buying and assortment in multi-brand retail (500+ brands, 30,000+ SKUs).
  4. For investors and partners: a line of its own products at different stages, from prototype to MVP. The stage of each product is stated in its dossier.

01 — Position

What Syntha is

Fashion expertise, data and engineering working as one.

  1. Decisions grounded in numbers

Buying, assortment, margin and cash: decisions rest on numbers that show in advance how each step will affect margin and capital.

  2. Its own products

Syntha tests its approaches on its own products: the Syntha platform, ChatX, Renova and others. That gives practice, not only recommendations.

  3. One connected system

Advisory, data and engineering work together: a calculation becomes a process, and a process becomes a system.

02 — Structure

Four areas

Each area is responsible for its part of the path: from framing the task to the result.

  1. Product and strategy

Frames the task and the economics and defines the first scenario and the limits of the MVP. Result: a clear brief and a plan of work.

  2. Engineering

Builds MVPs, integrations and pilots: roles, data, security and verifiable stages. Result: a working version.

  3. Analytics and data

One model of indicators, reporting, demand forecasts and budgets. Result: one set of figures for every decision.

  4. Advisory

Buying, assortment, margin, sales channels and working capital. Result: a decision backed by calculation.

These are areas of work, not departments. Each is led by the founder, Petr Fedin.

03 — Work loops

How a product is built

Every product passes through the same loops; the result of each is checked separately before work moves on.

  1. 1

    Product and strategy

The task, the economics and the first scenario

Result: A clear brief and the limits of the MVP

  2. 2

    Engineering

    Architecture, data, roles and integrations

Result: A working version, stage by stage

  3. 3

    Security

Role-based access, data encryption, an action log, backups

Result: Protection is built in, not added later

  4. 4

    Testing

Automated checks and an end-to-end scenario before the pilot

Result: Failures are found before the client does

  5. 5

    Analytics and data

Indicators, reporting and measuring the result

    Result: Decisions rest on numbers

  6. 6

    Pilot and support

A test on a real process and refinements

Result: A confirmed result or an honest conclusion

The loops describe how the work is organised, not a staffing table. Which specialists join a given project is discussed in conversation.

04 — Who it is for

Who Syntha works for

Three kinds of request, each with its own first step.

  1. Brands, retail and manufacturing

Owners and executives who need to put buying, assortment, margin and data in order, or to get a working tool.

  2. Partners

Companies and teams with a process to test: a pilot on one scenario or joint development of a product.

  3. Investors

Those interested in Syntha’s products: the description, the stage, video and the format of taking part, from a stake to joint development.

05 — How the work runs

From a task to a working system

Four stages, each ending in a verifiable result.

  1. Task and economics

The task is framed, the economics are calculated, and the first scenario and the criterion of success are set.

  2. MVP

The core scenario is built into a working version: roles, data and security.

  3. Pilot

A test on a real task with users and measurement of the result.

  4. Rollout and growth

Integrations, fixes and a plan for scaling up.

06 — Principles

How Syntha treats results

The rules by which Syntha describes its work and results.

  1. The stage is stated plainly

A prototype, an MVP or preparation for a pilot is never presented as a rollout at clients. The stage is stated in every dossier.

  2. Results are confirmed

A financial result counts as confirmed only with a period, a calculation base, a formula and a data source.

  3. Client data is not published

Client companies are not named without their consent; the period and the calculation base are given in conversation.

  4. Terms are open

Formats and terms for each product are discussed directly and confirmed by documents.

07 — Products

Own products

Products at different stages: the stage is stated in each dossier.

  1. Syntha

One system for the brand, the store and the buyer. Stage: Preparing for a pilot. Fashion / B2B.

  2. ChatX

Teamwork from a message to a result. Stage: Working prototype. Work messenger.

  3. Renova

Renovation with verifiable stages. Stage: MVP. Property.

  4. MFW+BFS+Made in Moscow

A platform for events and brands. Stage: MVP. Events / brands.

  5. Promomed

A conference and a community all year. Stage: Prototype. Events / community.

  6. Digital Legal Concierge

A law firm’s case from request to recovery. Stage: MVP. Legal services.

08 — Founder
